Overview: Lead and coordinate construction projects across multiple sites simultaneously, ensuring consistent delivery of quality, schedule, and budget objectives while managing complex stakeholder relationships and resource allocation. Key Responsibilities: Oversee planning, execution, and closeout of multiple construction projects running concurrently across different geographic locations. Develop and maintain integrated master schedules that account for resource dependencies and priorities across the portfolio. Manage project budgets ranging from pre-construction through final accounting, including change order administration and cost forecasting. Coordinate with design teams, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment on project specifications, standards, and timelines. Establish and enforce quality control processes and safety protocols consistent across all sites. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues early, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications. Lead cross-functional project teams including assistant project managers, site supervisors, and administrative staff. Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing regular status updates and managing expectations. Negotiate contracts and resolve disputes with contractors and vendors. Identify and mitigate risks that could impact schedule, cost, or quality across the portfolio. Required Qualifications: - 8+ years of construction project management experience - 3+ years managing multiple concurrent projects - Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations - Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project) - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills - Willingness to travel regularly between project sites This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
