• Be a Strategic Partner to GTM: Partner with Marketing and GTM leaders on annual planning, rolling forecasts, and in-quarter execution • Build and maintain financial models covering pipeline generation, CAC, and profitability related to Marketing and GTM initiatives • Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management and key stakeholders • Own Marketing Spend & Performance Analytics: Partner with Marketing to plan, allocate, and optimize budget across programs • Monitor spend vs. forecast and provide clear variance analysis and recommendations • Help establish a data-driven framework for evaluating Marketing ROI and investment tradeoffs • Benchmark GTM efficiency metrics against SaaS industry standards to contextualize performance for leadership • Drive Insights & Operational Excellence: Assist in the development of business cases for new projects and investments, including cost-benefit analysis. • Improve forecasting processes and financial workflows to increase speed and accuracy • Proactively surface risks and opportunities to plan, with recommended actions to keep the business on track • Leverage data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in financial strategies. • Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment between financial goals and Marketing strategies. • Translate complex data into clear, concise recommendations for non-finance stakeholders • Work effectively across time zones with distributed GTM and Finance teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS or FinTech
- MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Experience working with large datasets and translating insights into business recommendations
