Job Description
Full Stack Developer – AI-First PropTech
RentUpp
• Build features: from idea to deployment. • Develop AI-driven solutions: Claude Code, LLM APIs and AI-assisted workflows are not experiments here but the standard. • Help shape the product: you’ll have a seat at the table when we plan new products and features. • Build infrastructure: CI/CD, database architecture, API design — pragmatic and without silos.
Job Requirements
- You’ve built your own projects — whether a SaaS tool, open-source project, app, or bot.
- You use AI as a development tool — Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar tools are part of your daily workflow, not a gimmick.
- You’re comfortable with Laravel, Vue.js and SQL, and can distinguish poor AI-generated slop from high-quality code.
- You work independently — not because you have to, but because you want to.
- You thrive at startup pace: idea in the morning, staging in the afternoon, live in the evening.
Benefits
- Direct impact: small team, big product. What you build is used by customers the same day.
- AI-first in practice: AI for us isn’t just a product feature, it’s the way we work.
- Flexible remote model: work from where you want.
- Real responsibility: no layers of hierarchy between you and decisions.
- Great team: we stick together, help each other and enjoy building what we do.
