• Creating innovative solutions for new and existing IRM customers. • Creating high-level technical design and architecture. • Designing highly scalable & performant solutions. • Leading design and solution discussions with various Iron Mountain partner vendors. • Implementing complex solutions. • Liaising with the domain leadership team on existing features and developing product roadmap that caters to the market. • Designing with Microservices architecture. • Mentoring development team. • Mentoring Dev team, team build efforts, talent calibration and other administrative activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Master’s Degree
  • 6+ years of leading software development teams with prior design & development / coding experience
  • Familiar with programming languages & orchestration patterns: Python, Spark, Java, SQL
  • Familiarity with public cloud: Google Cloud, Amazon Web Service, Microsoft Azure
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps automation tools: Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Security Scanning, Vulnerability Management
