Qualifications: Required: - Active DoD Public Trust clearance or US citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust upon hire - Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Database Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Database Operations Specialist or in a similar database management role. - Proficiency in setting up and managing database clustering. - Strong skills in performance optimization techniques for databases. - Expertise in maintaining data integrity and implementing data validation rules. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for database issues. - Knowledge of high availability solutions and techniques. - In-depth understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). - Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Country SOM - looking for NA- Canada and US The Study Operations Manager I (SOM I) has responsibilities for study and regional or specific country level activities from study startup through conduct and study close on studies of limited complexity (a small number of countries/sites) or manages portions of a larger study (such as recruitment and retention).
