About CloudWalk: We are not just another fintech unicorn. We are a pack of dreamers, makers, and tech enthusiasts building the future of payments. With millions of customers and a hunger for innovation, we're now expanding our neural network - literally and metaphorically. The Opportunity: This is not your typical tech role. We're looking for AI enthusiasts from ANY background. Whether you're in People Operations crafting the perfect candidate experience, a Marketing wizard planning campaigns, a Customer Success hero supporting clients, a Risk analyst crunching numbers, a Designer creating experiences, or any other professional who sees AI as the game-changer in their field - this is your stage. Rather than a traditional hiring process for a fixed position, we'll evaluate your unique AI expertise and professional background to identify the perfect fit within CloudWalk. This could mean joining an existing team where your AI skills can make immediate impact, or potentially creating a new role tailored to your specific talents and our evolving needs. Think of this as your gateway to shape how AI transforms fintech at CloudWalk. What You'll Be Doing: - Own outcomes end-to-end — not tasks, not tickets. You pick a problem, architect the AI-powered solution, ship it, and measure the impact yourself. - Build agentic systems — design autonomous loops that reason, act, and iterate. Think agents that handle workflows, not just answer questions. - Deploy autonomous pipelines end-to-end — no human in the middle. From trigger to result, your systems handle the reasoning, the actions, and the handoffs. You measure output, not effort. - Operate as a one-person company — scope, prioritize, execute, and iterate with radical ownership. AI is your team. - Cross-pollinate across CloudWalk — what you build in your domain becomes a blueprint for every other team. What You Need To Succeed: - Hands-on with AI — you've shipped something real with LLMs. You know the difference between a prompt and a system prompt, between a chain and an agent, between naive RAG and one that actually works. - Builder mindset — you don't just use ChatGPT or Claude. You wire them into automations, connect them to APIs, feed them structured context, and make them do repeatable work. - Comfort with ambiguity — you can operate without a playbook because you're writing the playbook. - Relentless learner — the tools change weekly. You're already testing tomorrow's release today. - Fluent English — written and spoken. Non-negotiable. The Future We're Building At CloudWalk, every professional becomes an AI-native operator: • People team building agents that source, screen, and onboard — turning recruiters into talent architects. • Marketing deploying content engines and autonomous campaign managers. • Customer Success shipping agents that resolve issues, surface insights, and scale support without scaling headcount. • Risk running agentic analysis loops that combine human judgment with real-time AI reasoning. • Designers collaborating with generative AI as a creative partner. • Everyone operating like a one-person company — owning more, shipping faster, thinking bigger. Join us at CloudWalk, where we’re not just engineering solutions; we’re building a smarter, AI-driven future for payments—together. By applying for this position, your data will be processed as per CloudWalk's Privacy Policy that you can read here in Portuguese and here in English.
