About the Role As Growth Lead, you'll be the owner of this product line’s community growth and report to the Head of Marketing. You'll refine the vision, and ship the experiences that bring users to Solana. This is a startup within a startup - you'll have the autonomy to move fast, the resources of a well-funded company behind you, and the opportunity to build something from absolute zero that could reshape how people interact with money. This role is about execution at a high level - Turning positioning into content - Turning content into distribution - Turning distribution into users You need to understand how narratives actually spread on Crypto Twitter and inside trading communities, and how to consistently win attention in a crowded, fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities I. Social Growth Execution - Own and operate project social accounts, primarily X - Grow accounts from zero to relevance through consistent, high-quality output - Execute daily posting across formats including memes, threads, clips, and product content - Identify what is working in real time and double down quickly II. Content Production - Translate positioning into clear, engaging content - Create content that resonates with active traders on Solana - Balance signal and entertainment to maintain credibility while driving reach - Work with internal and external teams to ship content at high velocity III. Distribution and Virality - Understand how content spreads on CT and optimize for it - Engage with key accounts, traders, and communities to amplify reach - Build repeatable systems for content distribution through owned & paid social media channels (including X, TikTok, Instagram, Google, YouTube etc.) and email. - Identify trends early and capitalize on them quickly IV. Community Engagement - Actively engage with replies, comments, and community discussions - Build relationships with traders, creators, and ecosystem participants - Turn followers into active users and advocates - Maintain a strong presence in relevant Telegram and Discord groups V. Feedback Loop to Product - Surface real user feedback from social channels - Identify patterns in trader behavior and sentiment - Provide actionable insights back to product and leadership Qualifications & Skills Required - 5+ years experience in product marketing, growth, or crypto-native roles - Deep understanding of Solana and onchain trading behavior - Active participant in the trading ecosystem or close proximity to it - Strong understanding of Crypto Twitter dynamics and distribution - Proven ability to grow and manage social accounts - Strong writing skills with a clear and distinct voice - High output and ability to operate quickly without heavy direction Preferred - Existing presence or audience on X - Experience working with trading products such as DEXs, perps, or aggregators - Background in financial markets or trading - Experience in fast-moving startup or crypto environments

Position Summary The MTSS Literacy Interventionist provides targeted, data-driven literacy instruction and intervention to students identified through the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS).
