Responsibilities In this role, you will focus on outcomes that strengthen products, teams, and services. - Drive product development initiatives that improve and expand Intelligence Solutions Research Services - Translate business objectives into clear, actionable product and delivery strategies - Lead projects from concept through completion, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and with purpose - Partner with product, sales, operations, and external teams to maintain alignment and shared ownership - Build and manage project plans that balance scope, timelines, dependencies, and resources - Identify risks and challenges early, communicate them clearly, and guide practical solutions - Make thoughtful recommendations when tradeoffs arise, keeping customer value and business goals in focus - Manage multiple high-impact initiatives at the same time while maintaining quality and momentum - Share progress, insights, and outcomes with stakeholders at all levels in a clear and confident way - Work closely with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to support long-term growth Qualifications Required Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product development, project management, healthcare, analytics, or a related field - Experience working in healthcare, clinical research, clinical trials, or analytics-focused environments - Proven ability to lead projects from planning through delivery, managing complexity and change - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams - Comfort working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification - Experience working with product backlogs and agile or hybrid delivery approaches - Familiarity with Wrike or similar project management tools - Experience supporting Real World Evidence, patient-reported outcomes, or digital transformation efforts If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 85,600 - 142,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
