Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. business hours About the Role Our client is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to support Account Managers and the Marketing team by handling sales follow-ups, CRM maintenance, contracts, and social outreach for lead generation. This role helps keep sales operations organized and outreach consistent, allowing the sales team to focus on closing deals and building relationships. You will support Account Managers with day-to-day sales operations and collaborate with Marketing on social outreach across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms. Responsibilities Sales Support & System Maintenance - Assist Account Managers with sales follow-ups and reminders - Maintain CRM hygiene, ensuring deals, contacts, and notes are accurate - Track and manage contracts and sales-related documentation - Keep pipelines updated and organized CRM Management (HubSpot) - Update and maintain lead, contact, and deal records in HubSpot - Identify and clean duplicate or incomplete records - Ensure CRM data stays current and reliable Social Outreach & Lead Generation - Execute social outreach on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms - Support marketing-led social selling and lead generation efforts - Engage with prospects and route interested leads to the sales team Communication & Collaboration - Send follow-up emails and messages to prospects as needed - Support inbound leads and ensure timely handoff - Work closely with sales and marketing to keep workflows aligned What Makes You a Perfect Fit - Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive - Comfortable working with CRMs and sales processes - Strong written communication skills - Able to balance operational tasks with outreach activities - Supportive team player Required Experience & Skills (Minimum) - 1–2 years experience in sales support, operations, or administrative roles - Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM - Familiarity with sales follow-ups and basic contract handling - Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional outreach Ideal Experience & Skills - Experience supporting Account Managers or sales teams - Exposure to social selling or outbound lead generation - Background in B2B services, SaaS, or agencies - Strong attention to detail and follow-through What Does a Typical Day Look Like? A Sales Support Coordinator's day focuses on keeping sales systems organized and outreach active. You will: - Update CRM records and manage follow-ups - Support Account Managers with documentation and pipeline updates - Execute social outreach and assist with lead routing - Follow up on open sales and marketing tasks - Coordinate with internal teams to keep processes moving In short: you keep sales operations clean, follow-ups timely, and outreach consistent.
