• Support attorneys and legal team members on a variety of legal matters, projects, and day-to-day operational needs. • Assist with insurance-related tasks, including gathering information, processing invoices, and tracking renewals. • Support customer disputes and litigation workflows, including litigation holds, document requests, and coordination with IT. • Create POs, assist with settlement payment processes, and track litigation and subpoena deadlines. • Provide backup support for IP and immigration tasks as needed. • Help respond to SME requests and route inquiries to the appropriate subject-matter expert. • Submit tickets for updates to online contract forms and help maintain compliance calendars. • Provide occasional administrative support to attorneys when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of paralegal or legal operations experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to apply common sense to new situations.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort managing deadlines and multiple workstreams.
  • Confidence to take ownership of projects and proactively identify and solve issues.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with individuals at all levels, including executives.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for handling a broad range of matters with varying complexity.
  • High computer literacy and comfort working across multiple systems, including SharePoint.
