DESCRIPTION DU POSTE Nous recherchons un(e) Commercial(e) / Business Developer capable de lancer et structurer l’activité commerciale B2B. Vous serez le premier commercial du groupe, autonome et en lien direct avec l’équipe dirigeante. Votre rôle est de développer le chiffre d’affaires en créant vos propres opportunités, structurant le pipeline et concluant les ventes, tout en mettant en place les méthodes et outils pour générer de nouveaux clients. Nous recherchons un profil opérationnel, autonome et déjà à l’aise avec les outils de prospection (Lemlist, CRM type Attio ou Pipedrive). VOS MISSIONS PRINCIPALES - Créer et qualifier vos listes de prospects via Lemlist - Lancer et suivre les séquences de prospection - Structurer et gérer le pipeline dans le CRM (Attio) - Conduire les rendez-vous commerciaux et closer les ventes - Créer des présentations commerciales et de la documentation en partenariat avec l’équipe design et copywriting - Suivre les KPI et optimiser continuellement la performance PROFIL RECHERCHÉ Formation & parcours - Formation en commerce, business development ou marketing - Expérience en prospection et closing indispensable - Une expérience en environnement startup ou en solo est un plus Compétences & outils indispensables - Maîtrise de Lemlist (recherche de prospects + séquences) - Maîtrise d’un CRM (Attio fortement recommandé, Pipedrive accepté) - Capacité à créer ses propres listes de prospection - Excellente maîtrise du français (écrit et oral) - Bonne compréhension des cycles de vente B2B Posture & soft skills - Esprit “builder” : capable de partir de zéro - Goût du challenge et du résultat - Rigueur et organisation - Capacité à prendre des décisions - Mentalité entrepreneuriale CE QUE NOUS OFFRONS - Une rémunération évolutive : fixe + primes proportionnelles aux ventes - Des produits digitaux intéressants à vendre, personnalisables et sans routine - Une équipe créative (tech & design) pour vous accompagner - Des perspectives d’évolution rapide si vous performez - Ce poste est très orienté résultats.Très forte autonomie CONDITION D'EMPLOI - Lieu : Marrakech - Statut : Indépendant(e) avec facturation mensuelle possibilité d'embauche à terme - Temps de travail : Temps plein - Disponibilité : immédiate - Rémunération : fixe + prime de performance COMMENT POSTULER ?
