About the Role Location: Remote (EMEA) As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CrewAI, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth — identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers who can benefit from CrewAI’s platform. You’ll partner closely with our Account Executives, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Marketing teams to generate pipeline, craft outreach strategies, and help define what great outbound motion looks like at CrewAI. What You’ll Do - Prospect, research, and engage with developer, data, and IT leaders across key industries - Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives - Run creative multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, calls, social, events) - Understand CrewAI’s platform, customer use cases, and value drivers to position effectively - Partner with Marketing on event follow-up, campaigns, and lead conversion - Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and track key metrics

We're looking for an experienced inside sales / Lead who will own and grow our inside sales engine, growing and coaching a team that consistently books qualified meetings with senior engineering stakeholders at companies like BMW, Airbus, and NASA.
