Ce rôle est au cœur de notre mission : déverrouiller la valeur de Pennylane pour les cabinets comptables en garantissant l’adoption de la plateforme par les collaborateurs, et l’atteinte de leurs objectifs stratégiques grâce à un accompagnement proactif. Votre mission : En tant que CSM Medium Accounts, vous êtes responsable de l’adoption, de la satisfaction, de la rétention et de l’expansion d’un portefeuille de cabinets de taille moyenne (soit entre 150 et 300 dossiers). Vous êtes le partenaire stratégique des cabinets de votre portefeuille et les accompagnez dans leur parcours de transformation digitale avec Pennylane : adoption de la plateforme, évolution des pratiques métiers, optimisation de la gestion interne du cabinet, et proposition de services additionnels à leurs clients. Vous participez activement à la structuration du pôle et à la construction des playbooks d’accompagnement, grâce aux besoins des cabinets identifiés sur le terrain. Vous pilotez le revenu de votre portefeuille grâce à un suivi data-driven de la santé de vos comptes. Votre objectif : réduire le time-to-value, lever les freins à l’adoption, et prévenir le churn, tout en identifiant des opportunités d’expansion adaptées. Responsabilités clés Onboarding - Prendre en main la relation cabinet une fois la migration effectuée, et offrir une expérience client à forte valeur ajoutée. - Analyser le niveau de maturité, les besoins et objectifs prioritaires des cabinets de votre portefeuille, et proposer un plan d’accompagnement chronologique pertinent pour garantir l’adoption, la rétention, et l’expansion, tout en devenant leur partenaire stratégique de référence sur l’évolution de la profession comptable. - Détecter et lever tous les freins à l’adoption, en sollicitant les ressources disponibles en internes (catalogue de formation, support technique, …), et veiller au bon usage des fonctionnalités critiques. - Garantir un niveau de satisfaction élevé grâce à une approche proactive, tout en responsabilisant les cabinets sur les actions dont ils sont responsables pour déverrouiller la valeur (CSAT). Optimisation - Une fois l’adoption sécurisée, guider les cabinets dans l’adoption de nouvelles pratiques métiers, en capitalisant sur les fonctionnalités Pennylane à forte valeur ajoutée : gestion interne, compte pro, services additionnels, … - Assurer un rôle pédagogique dans l’adoption des évolutions règlementaires par les cabinets et leurs clients, telles que la réforme de la facturation électronique. - Guider les cabinets dans l’adoption des nouvelles fonctionnalités Pennylane, dont le produit évolue vite. - Alimenter leur réflexion quant à l’évolution de leur profession, et aux nouveaux usages métiers. - Détecter les opportunités d’expansion et collaborer avec l’équipe AM pour les convertir. Pilotage - Assurer un suivi proactif des KPIs de succès de chaque étape de la client journey. - Piloter la santé des comptes grâce à un score de santé, et prioriser ses actions par niveau de criticité. - Prévenir le churn grâce à une stratégie de détection de signaux faibles (baisse d’usage, tickets récurrents, insatisfaction), et à la mise en place de playbooks adaptés, en s’appuyant sur les différentes ressources disponibles en interne. Optimisation continue - Capitaliser sur son expérience terrain pour améliorer en continu les playbooks, et process CSMs, et participer activement à la création de nouvelles ressources. - Documenter toute l’activité dans le CRM (Salesforce). - Porter la voix des cabinets medium en interne, et remonter les feedbacks de façon structurée et priorisée afin de nourrir la roadmap produit, et d’optimiser les process support.
