• Identify and remediate security risks across cloud configurations, architectures, and processes to strengthen overall security posture • Design and implement scalable security controls aligned with cloud, network, host, and identity management best practices • Act as a technical lead on security initiatives, translating complex concepts into actionable guidance for engineers and stakeholders • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate security into system design, development, and deployment processes • Automate security controls and guardrails using infrastructure-as-code, policy-as-code, and CI/CD integrations • Configure and manage security tools, including privileged access management (PAM) solutions, to ensure secure and reliable operations • Maintain security tooling environments, including monitoring, availability, backup, and access control management • Support audit and compliance activities by conducting access reviews, validating controls, and preparing technical documentation • Research and evaluate emerging technologies to continuously improve security capabilities and practices • Promote a culture of security awareness and best practices across the organization

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact. • Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholders’ needs into program goals and prioritize deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables. • Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, and/or manage project plans for supported program(s). • Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations. • Implement maturity frameworks across multiple programs factoring in emerging regulations and proactive detection of risks. • Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals. • Establishment of learnings, best practices, standardized frameworks and tools across programs and projects. • Preparation of the detailed program/project plan along with the “services of common concern.” • Establishment of communication modes and cadences with various stakeholders, conducting planned and ad-hoc meetings with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are on track and to communicate latest status to them, and sharing of meeting minutes and regular updates with various stakeholders. • Identification of stakeholders and their roles, keeping them updated on the progress of the project, addressing their concerns, seeking, and implementing their feedback. • Identification of risks and detailing of mitigation plans to ensure that the projects stays on track or are brought back on track in the event of delays or blockers. • Assisting Sales and procurement efforts with review of contract terms and conditions related to security and risk. • Support business travel on an as needed basis (up to 10%). • Conduct all business in accordance with Higher Logic policies and procedures. • All other duties as assigned.

• Serve as the global enterprise authority for technology risk management, security governance, regulatory compliance, and internal audit across The Fedcap Group • Design and govern the organization’s security and risk framework while leading internal audit functions related to information technology and control effectiveness • Ensure that enterprise controls are well-designed, independently assessed, and continuously improved to support scalable growth, regulatory integrity, and acquisition readiness • Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Infrastructure, Systems, Data, and operating leadership to maintain strong enterprise assurance and risk discipline • Lead alignment with selected security frameworks and serve as primary executive interface for external auditors and assessors • Oversee risk register governance and risk reporting cadence and develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans aligned to enterprise priorities

What You’ll Do - Conduct remote Autism assessments as part of a two-clinician team (autism observation and development history interview). - Use your clinical expertise to deliver accurate diagnoses and thoughtful recommendations. - Collaborate with Team Leads and psychiatry colleagues in MDTs when needed. - Maintain high standards in clinical documentation and reporting. - Contribute to the evolution of our Autism care pathways. - Provide mentorship and training to peers in your area of expertise. What We’re Looking For - Registered with NMC, HCPC, or Social Work England (no restrictions). - Professionals with a background in Psychology, Nursing, SALT, Psychiatry, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work. - Experienced in Autism assessment and diagnosis, including certification in ADOS and ADIR (minimum 12 months experience). - Confident in managing your own caseload and making autonomous clinical decisions. - Knowledgeable about current Autism research, neuro affirmative report writing, legislation, best practices and undertaking formulations.
