THE ROLE We’re hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to support one of Fullscript’s fastest-growing segments. In this role, you’ll work closely with the GM and cross-functional leaders across Commercial, Product, and Operations to understand business performance and support key decisions. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you’ll operate at the intersection of finance, strategy, and execution. You’ll own the financial model, develop business cases, and help translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own the economic model. Become the owner of the segment financial and unit economic model, driving forecasting and tracking of the business - Lead performance reporting. Produce clear performance narratives with insights, options, and recommendations - Own the scorecard and diagnostics. Define and measure key business performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve outcomes - Lead driver-based analyses to uncover performance drivers and areas for value creation - Build investment-grade business cases, including scenario analysis, payback, and risk assessment - Partner closely with the GM and leaders across Commercial, Product, and Operations to support decision-making - Provide financial insight to guide tradeoffs across initiatives, investments, and operational decisions - Develop a deep understanding of the business’s economic drivers and how they impact growth and profitability - Maintain a dynamic economic model and contribute to the ongoing performance narrative - Partner with data and analytics teams to operationalize insights into dashboards and tools WHAT YOU BRING - 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, consulting, investment banking, or a related field - Strong financial modeling skills, including driver-based forecasting, scenario analysis, and business case development - Structured problem-solving skills and comfort working through ambiguous business challenges - Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights - Experience working cross-functionally and supporting decision-making across teams - Strong communication skills, including presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders - Bias for action and ability to move from analysis to execution WHAT YOU GET - Flexible PTO and competitive pay - RRSP match and equity - Comprehensive benefits package - Fullscript product discounts - Learning and development opportunities - Remote-first flexibility READY TO MAKE AN IMPACT? The ideal candidate is passionate about improving health and wellbeing, confident using digital tools, and comfortable working fully remotely. Flexibility is essential, with availability to cover some evening and Saturday appointments. The Challenge More than 1 in 4 adults in the UK are living with obesity; a chronic condition that often negatively impacts their physical and mental health, and therefore quality of life. Access to specialist weight management services for the treatment of obesity remains limited and varies geographically due to a lack of funding. Existing services face long waiting lists, resulting in treatment delays which can adversely affect patient outcomes. Enter Second Nature... This service supports adults living with obesity and coexisting conditions to make meaningful, sustainable lifestyle changes. It offers a blended model of support, combining in-person group delivery, remote digital coaching, and access to GLP-1 medication for eligible service users. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), fully remote role for 12 months fixed-term, with view to extend based on the needs of the service. Flexibility is required to provide some evening and Saturday appointments. In this role, you will deliver digital group-based and one-to-one nutritional and lifestyle interventions, supporting people living with obesity to make long-term, sustainable behaviour changes. Coaching is delivered remotely through a combination of video consultations and in-app messaging, allowing you to connect regularly with service users and support them at every stage of their journey. You’ll guide service users through the entire care pathway, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team of dietitians, doctors, psychologists, and exercise specialists to deliver personalised, high-impact care. What You'll Do - Conduct independent, remote clinical assessments via video call/telephone to allocate service users to the most appropriate treatment pathways - Deliver digital group-based and one-to-one interventions to help service users change dietary and lifestyle behaviours - Support service users across both medicated and non-medicated programmes - Work closely with the MDT, attending regular meetings to review, monitor and optimise service user care - Participate in clinical supervision to discuss complex or high-risk cases - Identify and appropriately manage clinical risk, including safeguarding concerns - Maintain CPD, clinical supervision, and registration requirements (HCPC/AfN) in line with best practice standards - Ensure all patient data is handled with strict confidentiality, following Data Protection Act and GDPR requirements. - Contribute to innovation projects, service evaluation, and ongoing programme development at Second Nature.
