Role Description As a Triage RN, you will rapidly assess and prioritize patients' healthcare needs, directing them to the appropriate level of care. Every day you will conduct patient interviews, evaluate symptoms, perform initial assessments, and apply critical thinking to determine urgency and disposition. You will also provide advice, educate, and coordinate care. The Connection Center RN is responsible for providing telephonic clinical assessment, triage, nursing advice, and health education to a variety of patients. Services are provided remotely, and will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
