Global Finance Teams
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates. • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements. • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates. • Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams. • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Must have experience hiring for Physicians (MD), Pediatricians and behavioral-health
- Proven experience in recruiting healthcare professionals.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and hiring practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work US hours Monday to Friday.
