Job Summary & Responsibilities The Transaction Services Team Lead will report to the Transaction Services Manager in the R&W Operations Department. This role is responsible for overseeing, supporting and monitoring team members as they perform varied duties related to purchasing alternative asset investments. Alternative assets include, but are not limited to limited partnerships, private stock, promissory notes, mortgages, real estate and precious metals. The Team Lead will assist the Manager in assigning out work, reviewing and approving transactions and paperwork, resolving complex problems and escalated issues, and monitoring SLAs. This role will also support and monitor team members in the performance of their responsibilities, and cover daily activities as needed. The incumbent will work closely with investment sponsors, clients and various internal departments, as needed. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, resourceful and a great communicator with strong attention to detail, numeric and reconciliation proficiency, and the capacity to multitask.
