Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $38– $40 USD per hour. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Role Description As a Partnerships Manager UK/IE, you are the central interface between Berlin Acoustics and our retail partners. Your goal is to build strong, long-term relationships with our dealers and expand our market presence in the UK and Ireland through consistent sales activity, participation in trade fairs, the organization of your own events, and regular partner visits. - This role is remote but based in the UK. - The role requires frequent travel within the UK to visit partners and take part in trade fairs. - You will be required to visit the Berlin HQ at least once a quarter. Responsibilities - Execute the UK and Ireland partner strategy, building strong relationships with retail partners and actively developing the market to meet and grow revenue targets. - Take full ownership of your partner portfolio and independently develop new sales channels and partnerships to grow the network and meet revenue targets. - Support our partners with pricing, offers, deal structures, and maintain regular communication through check-ins, visits, and follow-ups on quotes and projects. - Deliver commercial and marketing initiatives including product training, in-store campaigns, as well as events and trade fairs. - Organise our participation in key UK furniture fairs and ensure our London showroom is used effectively for partner meetings, events, and customer visits. - Collect and share market feedback internally to improve products, processes, and communication. - Keep our systems (Odoo) up-to-date and support retailers with claims and after-sales issues as the main contact between partners and Operations. - Maintain a strong relationship with our external UK sales agent, who supports you with partner recruitment and on-the-ground sales activity.
