UX Designer
CI&T
• Work with team to define design requirements in support of digital products; • Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, specifications, and other UX design deliverables; • Ability to conduct user research; • Create user personas and journeys; • Design intuitive interfaces through prototypes; • Collaborate with engineers, designers and other multidisciplinary team members; • Own design problems end to end, from initial concept through shipping and beyond; • Identify opportunities, working as a key thought partner.
Job Requirements
- Experience in solving, and designing successful digital products and services;
- Experience in designing thoughtful UX;
- Digital Product Design Tools: Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Principle, etc;
- Prototyping Tools: Invision, Figma, Origami, Axure, etc;
- Solid understanding of modern user research strategies and techniques;
- Solid understanding of solving business challenges with design solutions.
- Fluent in English
