Your sales territory awaits: Become our Sales Champion for packaging solutions in Central France, North-West or the North-East region! Tasks - You're responsible for achieving the short, medium, and long-term sales targets for plastic packaging solutions, including printed films, bags, and custom label printing solutionssolutions in your sales territory (Northwest France). - You'll proactively acquire new and existing customers (large, medium, and small companies) and sustainably maintain existing business relationships. - You'll create annual plans, manage budgets, and analyze market and customer data to support strategic decisions. - You'll efficiently use our CRM system for visit reports, customer care, and documenting all sales activities. - You'll collect customer feedback and develop ideas for new sales channels and the further development of our product portfolio. - You'll handle complaints in coordination with our QM department and analyze competitors and price developments to continuously optimize our sales processes. - You'll negotiate special prices and conditions in consultation with sales management and have direct access to all relevant departments to achieve quick decisions. Requirements - You bring at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales; ideally, you also have experience in the packaging industry, especially with plastic packaging for food industry. - You are goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and able to convince people. - You communicate proficiently in French (fluent/native speaker) and also professionally in English.
