• Supervisar los procesos de prueba de calidad de las distintas soluciones de software innovadoras, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares establecidos y la correcta aplicación de los procedimientos del área. • Supervisar y garantizar la calidad de las pruebas ejecutadas por los proveedores externos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares y criterios definidos. • Gestionar integralmente el ciclo de vida de los defectos, asegurando su adecuada documentación, priorización, seguimiento y resolución oportuna. • Emitir la aprobación de calidad antes del despliegue del Producto Mínimo Viable (MVP) hacia la fase de prueba y validación, minimizando riesgos en el lanzamiento. • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de prueba y en la colaboración con proveedores externos, impulsando la adopción de mejores prácticas y estándares de la industria. • Elaborar y presentar reportes de calidad y métricas clave de pruebas a la Gerencia, facilitando la toma de decisiones informadas. • Supervisar y generar la creación, revisión y mantenimiento de los casos de prueba, asegurando que estén alineados con los requisitos funcionales y no funcionales del proyecto, incluyebdo escenarios de prueba exhaustivos. • Desarrollar el plan de pruebas detallado para cada proyecto de innovación, incluyendo el alcance, los recursos necesarios, los cronogramas y las estrategias de prueba. • Definir y gestionar la estrategia de automatización de pruebas, seleccionando las herramientas y los marcos de trabajo adecuados. • Supervisar la ejecución de múltiples ciclos de pruebas, incluyendo pruebas funcionales, de regresión y de rendimiento. • Validar la correcta identificación, documentación, seguimiento y cierre de los defectos (bugs). Asegurar que se apliquen las correcciones necesarias para garantizar la calidad del desarrollo del software. • Coordinar y supervisar el proceso de certificación con los usuarios (UAT - User Acceptance Testing), asegurando que los usuarios finales validen que la solución cumple con sus expectativas. • Supervisar y mentorizar al equipo de testers asignado a cada célula o equipo ágil. • Hacer uso de métricas de calidad para monitorear el progreso del desarrollo y las pruebas.
