Role Description We are seeking a Market Analyst with at least 1 year of experience in Forex or financial services. The role focuses on analyzing client activity to retain existing clients, provide support on platform usage, and encourage continued engagement. - Analyze client behavior and trading patterns to develop strategies to retain clients. - Maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients in Latam. - Provide clients with platform guidance, account updates, and general product information. - Reactivate inactive clients by delivering information on services, tools, and educational resources. - Ensure all communications are accurate, transparent, fair, and compliant with Brazilian regulations. - Document client interactions accurately in the CRM system. - Escalate client complaints or issues following internal and regulatory procedures. - Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Customer Support teams to ensure full regulatory adherence. - Monitor key client retention metrics and contribute to strategies to reduce churn. Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience in Forex or financial services client retention. - Strong understanding of Forex and CFD products at a general, educational level. - Excellent communication skills in Spanish (English is a plus). - Analytical mindset with focus on retaining clients and increasing engagement. - Experience with CRM systems. - Professional, ethical, and client-centric approach. Requirements - Experience in regulated Forex environments targeting the LATAM Market. - Familiarity with local consumer protection and financial conduct standards. - Experience analyzing client behavior to improve retention.
