Role Description Estamos procurando um Engenheiro de Suporte Sênior com forte expertise em nuvem e engenharia de sistemas para fornecer suporte técnico aos clientes da Apollo. Este papel envolverá: - Fornecer suporte técnico, solucionando e resolvendo problemas relacionados à tecnologia GraphQL e ambientes baseados em nuvem. - Gerenciar tickets através do JSM, garantindo respostas e resoluções em tempo hábil, de acordo com os SLAs (Padrão, Empresarial, Premier). - Colaborar com desenvolvedores front-end e equipes de plataforma para solucionar problemas com as APIs de cliente e ambientes backend. - Realizar uma análise detalhada para solucionar problemas em clusters Kubernetes, ambientes AWS e GCP, identificando e resolvendo configurações inadequadas e gargalos de desempenho. - Participar do processo de triagem e escalonamento, gerenciando escalonamentos para a Engenharia quando necessário. - Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a equipe de Serviços Profissionais para garantir uma entrega contínua de soluções aos clientes. - Auxiliar no treinamento e integração de engenheiros de suporte júnior à medida que a equipe cresce. Qualifications - Inglês avançado para conversação, leitura e escrita. - Ampla experiência com plataformas de nuvem, especificamente AWS e GCP. - Forte conhecimento em Kubernetes, incluindo implantação, gerenciamento e resolução de problemas em ambientes de grande escala. - Familiaridade com pipelines de CI/CD e melhores práticas de DevOps. - Compreensão básica da tecnologia GraphQL e frameworks front-end (React, JavaScript). - Capacidade de ler e realizar troubleshooting em código Rust, Javascript, React ou Java. - Experiência com ferramentas de observabilidade como Datadog para monitoramento de desempenho e depuração. - Experiência em funções de suporte técnico ou engenharia de sistemas. - Experiência em um ambiente de suporte de alta disponibilidade (24/7), incluindo familiaridade com escalas de plantão e ferramentas como PagerDuty. - Sólido conhecimento de sistemas de ticket (por exemplo, JSM, Zendesk) e fluxos de trabalho de suporte. - Excelentes habilidades de comunicação (escrita e verbal), com a capacidade de explicar conceitos técnicos complexos tanto para públicos técnicos quanto não técnicos. - Fortes habilidades de resolução de problemas, com foco em fornecer soluções inovadoras para questões complexas de clientes. - Mentalidade voltada para o cliente, com dedicação em fornecer suporte de classe mundial. Role Description The Technical Support Agent is responsible for diagnosis, troubleshooting, escalating to the engineering team, and handling escalations from the tech support team. The areas of technical support for our wireless and Power Over Ethernet camera systems span the typical connectivity troubleshooting, power management, and system updates to more complex issues such as advanced VPN, custom network configurations, and advanced support for our installer partners.
