Sales Development Manager

TraceAir Technologies

• Coach and Mentor SDRs through live call reviews, Gong analysis, role plays, and 1:1 sessions—developing skillsets in objection handling, prospecting strategy, and value-based messaging. • Lead with Data: Track, inspect, and report on activity and pipeline metrics (calls, RGAs, demos, opps, conversion rates) to ensure team stays on pace for monthly goals. • Own Results: Ensure the SDR team contributes nearly half of total revenue pipeline through demo and opportunity creation. • Hire and Ramp: Recruit top SDR talent and establish a world-class onboarding and continuous training program. • Align with Revenue Org: Work closely with AEs, AMs, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure smooth handoffs, territory alignment, and account-based strategies. • Build Culture: Foster a team environment of ownership, motivation, learning, and results—instilling TraceAir's values in daily execution.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of SDR experience, with 1–2+ years in a team lead or manager role.
  • Proven track record as a top-performing SDR and as a coach who elevates others.
  • Deep understanding of the entire revenue funnel—from top-of-funnel outreach to closed-won deals.
  • Obsessed with coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience managing performance through KPIs, pipeline metrics, and CRM data.
  • Highly collaborative and action-oriented—able to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, CS, and RevOps.
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Hubspot
