Job Description
Project Manager, Site Development, Mobile Networks
5G-Synergiewerk
• You are responsible for implementing urban mobile network sites. • From the initial idea through to the signed contract. • You identify suitable locations in urban areas, assess their on-site potential and evaluate technical, regulatory and economic conditions, especially where traditional rooftop sites are not feasible. • You act as the primary contact for municipalities, property owners and project stakeholders. • In conversations you explain new site concepts, clarify requirements and conduct negotiations professionally and purposefully through to agreement. • The commercial/sales component is part of project delivery and is always focused on feasibility and permitability. • At the same time you manage operational coordination: you coordinate all parties, keep track of deadlines, commitments and documentation, and ensure that permits and approvals are fully in place. • In the end you ensure that an innovative idea becomes a construction-ready mobile network site: cleanly prepared, agreed and ready for implementation.
Job Requirements
- You bring experience from an operational role working with external contacts — for example in site development, construction or infrastructure, the real estate industry, or a technically oriented project or sales environment.
- You work in a structured and reliable way, maintain an overview even across multiple concurrent sites and consistently bring issues to completion.
- You conduct discussions with municipalities, property owners or project stakeholders professionally, solution-oriented and on an equal footing.
- You readily take responsibility: you prepare meetings independently, document outcomes transparently and follow up on open items consistently.
- You understand the commercial aspect of the role as clarifying, transparent negotiation within concrete projects, not as selling at all costs.
- You have a basic technical understanding and an interest in mobile communications or infrastructure topics.
- Key qualities are reliability, strong communication skills and the ability to practically implement innovative initiatives.
Benefits
- You work in a lean organization with short decision-making paths and clear responsibilities.
- Not a corporation with endless coordination, nor start-up chaos, but a strong team of subject-matter experts that actually gets things done.
- Your work has direct impact.
- You help shape real mobile network infrastructure with municipal relevance and see how alignments, discussions and negotiations become implemented sites.
- You take on real operational responsibility within a clearly defined area of responsibility.
- Performance is visible on the ground for us, not in presentations or internal reports.
- We work flexibly: 100% remote, with planned on-site visits where they make sense.
- Collaboration is pragmatic, reliable and conducted on equal terms.
- In addition, we offer permanent employment, market-competitive compensation and a work environment built on trust, clarity and dependability.
