• Development - choose your track: Back-End: Drupal 10/11 setup and architecture, content modeling (Paragraphs, Layout Builder) • Custom module development: clean, documented, maintainable • Search API and Solr, including PDF indexing and auto-complete • REST API integrations (third-party systems, appointment booking, AI interfaces) • Webforms with complex calculation logic and CMS-manageable parameters • Performance optimization, security (OWASP), CI/CD, Composer, Git • Front-End: Drupal theming with Twig, component-based architecture • Implementing designs into accessible, high-performance Drupal templates (WCAG 2.1 AA) • Integration of design systems and pattern libraries • JavaScript, CSS/SASS, front-end performance optimization • Close collaboration with back-end development and UX/design • Full-Stack: combination of the above tasks depending on project requirements • Participation in agile sprint teams • Code reviews and technical documentation according to agency standards

• Design and evolve distributed fullstack architectures using React/Next.js + Node.js • Shape API models (REST, GraphQL), data flows, and integration logic • Drive the technical vision for scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability • Build highly performant user interfaces with React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, JS • Develop backend services, APIs, integrations, and complex logic in Node.js • Implement advanced rendering (SSR/SSG/ISR, Server Components) • Build PWAs and contribute to native application features where relevant • Engineer systems for low latency, global distribution, and resilience • Influence & Leadership: Mentor other engineers, lead discussions, challenge assumptions

• Development of high-performance Java applications and scalable microservices • Contribution to architectural decisions and technical design • Building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines • Close collaboration with DevOps specialists to optimize deployment processes • Use of modern frameworks and tools (e.g., Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab CI) • Active participation in agile practices such as code reviews, daily stand-ups and retrospectives

• Build, maintain, and scale web applications using React and Node.js • Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native • Work across front-end and back-end layers, including APIs, integrations, and database design • Analyze existing assets, documentation, and designs to define technical solutions • Support presales activities by contributing to technical analysis, estimations, and solution proposals • Participate in preparing offers, validating feasibility, and shaping technical scope • Design scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, designers, and business teams • Leverage AI tooling such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, and similar agentic AI development tools to enhance productivity and accelerate delivery • Operate independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
