• Own and lead strategic relationships with assigned suppliers • Develop multi-year supplier strategies and joint business plans • Act as primary executive-level interface between RFMW and supplier leadership • Maintain understanding of market trends and drive new growth opportunities • Plan and coordinate Quarterly Supplier Business Reviews (QBRs)

• Leads the consistent implementation of Convergint’s safety programs across assigned U.S. regions and CTCs. • Provides oversight and support to tiered CTC safety resources. • Partners with operations leaders to integrate safety into daily operations and decision-making. • Assesses the effectiveness and quality of execution at the CTC level, focusing on outcomes, risk reduction, and behaviour changes – not activity alone. • Monitors operational safety risk as well as leading and lagging indicators to identify trends, systemic risks, and opportunities for proactive intervention. • Participates in incident investigations, corrective actions, root cause analysis, and analyzes safety performance data and trends. • Ensures compliance with all applicable safety regulations. • Supports ISO aligned safety management practices. • Provides functional leadership, coaching, and performance oversight to CTC-based Safety Coordinators through a dotted-line reporting relationship • Supports the development and continuous improvement of Safety Coordinators through training, guidance, and best-practice sharing. • Serves as the primary U.S. safety subject matter and strategic partner to the Director of Global Safety • Supports customer safety requirements • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
