• Manage the technical aspects of our projects in collaboration with clients • Foster external collaboration with operational and technical client representatives • Act as the client's internal voice to engineering teams, account managers and product managers • Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Product Development, Support, Product Management and IT • Plan technical projects through to completion, including reporting and project controlling • Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables • Manage project budgets, schedules and resources • Oversee data integration projects and ensure seamless connectivity between systems • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in a customer-facing technology role, leading technical projects and/or in technical account management in a company or mid-market environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Management, Computer Science or a related field
- Extensive experience in project management functions within health technology
- Experience leading data integration projects
- Strong understanding of IT architecture and experience with clinical systems (HIS, RIS, PACS, ERP) and medical standards (HL7, FHIR, openEHR)
- Business-minded, solution-oriented and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills and a high degree of customer orientation
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
