Job Description
DevOps Engineer
workidentity GmbH
• Design, implementation and management of scalable and secure cloud infrastructures using Microsoft Azure. • Development and management of infrastructure with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC). • Design, implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. • Automation of the deployment process to ensure fast and reliable software delivery. • Management of source code repositories and version control using Git. • Implementation of branching strategies and workflows to support development processes. • Collaboration with development, QA and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution. • Support of development and production environments.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud services and Azure DevOps
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or similar
- Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a DevOps or similar role
- Experience with cloud infrastructures and CI/CD pipeline management
- Proven experience managing source code repositories and version control systems
- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Solutions Architect) are desirable
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef or Puppet
- Knowledge of security best practices in a cloud environment
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana or the ELK stack
