DevOps Engineer, Full-time

• Gather and analyze customer requirements in the Kubernetes environment • Design and build modern developer and platform solutions • Conduct workshops and strategy meetings to further develop existing platforms • Advise on architectural decisions regarding usability, scalability, and operations • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams and integrate existing solutions • Provide long-term support and ongoing development of customer environments • Implement the designed cloud and container solutions at the customer site
Job Requirements
- Completed degree in IT or vocational training in IT (Fachinformatik — System Integration) or a related field
- Several years of experience in building, operating, and designing Kubernetes-based platforms (at least 2–3 years)
- Confident demeanor with strong customer orientation and analytical thinking
- Knowledge of integrating Kubernetes into enterprise environments
- Experience with at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises alternatives
- Nice-to-have: experience with VMware
- Excellent German and good English skills
