• You ensure the quality of our SAP solutions for national and international clients, particularly in the context of EWM and TM • You advise our clients on quality assurance, testing, and test automation in software projects • You independently plan and manage test scenarios and reliably implement them within the project context • You analyze risks and defects in a structured way and ensure clear documentation • You are responsible for preparing and providing test data • You actively drive the further development of our QA processes and measures • You derive test cases from project documentation and specifications, in both German and English

• Test the AI video editing app daily • Provide feedback on video generation quality • Take 5+ videos a day (5-60 seconds each) • Commit 10-20 minutes a day

• Own the quality approach within your squad, defining testing strategy based on product risk, system complexity, and delivery goals • Drive quality upstream by working closely with Product and Engineering during scoping and refinement to ensure requirements are testable and well-defined • Enable teams to own testing by guiding engineers in designing and implementing automated tests across different layers and ensuring testing is integrated into development workflows • Shape how automation is implemented by defining testing patterns, boundaries, and contracts, ensuring automation is structured and maintainable • Contribute hands-on where needed through exploratory testing in complex or high-risk areas and closing critical gaps pragmatically • Ensure effective use of tooling and platform capabilities by driving adoption of shared frameworks, CI/CD practices, and quality standards • Provide clear visibility into quality by surfacing risks, trade-offs, and coverage gaps to support informed decisions • Contribute beyond your team by sharing practices and helping raise overall quality maturity across teams

• Conduct audits across multiple projects to assess account accuracy, documentation quality, billing and coding practices, and adherence to standard operating procedures and workflows • Verify claims, validate data integrity, and evaluate compliance with regulatory and client specific guidelines • Analyze audit results to identify error trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement • Document clear, accurate audit findings and recommendations, highlighting training needs and process improvement opportunities • Provide reporting and feedback to Operations to support performance improvement and compliance • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of patient and company information • Meet established daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets
