• Responsible for a designated portfolio of clients • Lead a team of approximately 50 security service employees • Organizational, operational and financial responsibility for assigned clients and staff • Account management and development of existing clients • Market monitoring and acquisition of new clients • Advise clients on all security and service-related matters • Continuous optimization of service delivery • Disciplinary leadership, support, supervision and coordination of subordinate team members
Job Requirements
- Completed commercial/business education (e.g., Matura or degree)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Experience in staff leadership and client management, ideally with sales responsibilities
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent German and English skills
- Driving licence (Category B)
- Professional appearance combined with strong communication skills
- Good PC user skills and an interest in technology
