UI/UX Designer

• Проєктування UX/UI рішень для web та mobile продуктів (CRM / SaaS). • Розробка user flows, структури та логіки інтерфейсів. • Створення wireframes, інтерактивних прототипів і фінальних дизайн-макетів у Figma. • Участь у UX-дослідженнях та usability testing. • Розвиток і підтримка дизайн-системи та компонентного підходу. • Тісна взаємодія з PM, BA, розробниками та продуктовою командою на всіх етапах розробки. • Аргументація та презентація дизайн-рішень команді. • Аналіз та покращення користувацького досвіду продуктів.
Job Requirements
- Від 3 років комерційного досвіду на позиції UI/UX Designer.
- Досвід роботи зі складними web/mobile продуктами, CRM або SaaS-системами буде великою перевагою.
- Наявність актуального портфоліо з кейсами, що демонструють UX-мислення та дизайн-процес.
- Впевнене володіння Figma.
- Розуміння UX-процесів.
- Досвід створення масштабованих та user-centered інтерфейсів.
- Розуміння процесів розробки та взаємодії з продуктовою командою.
- Вміння аргументувати дизайн-рішення на основі логіки, даних і потреб користувачів.
- Системне мислення та уважність до деталей.

This strategy should include a mix of both in-person and virtual engagements to recruit ‘Moonshot’ Preceptors, EIRs, and Mentors to the Watson Institute community. • Lead hiring process for all Impact Fellowship Preceptors and EIRs, and strive to welcome aboard ‘moonshot’ level Preceptors and EIRs. • Ensure that hiring timelines are developed/met on schedule and that open positions are filled with top talent. • Shortlist and conduct exploratory calls to screen highest quality ‘Moonshot’ Preceptors, EIRs to the Watson Institute community. • Conduct comprehensive data analysis on all fellowship survey responses (mid-program and end-of-program) to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for program improvement. • Maintain a measurement & evaluation calendar to ensure timely analysis and report delivery to key stakeholders, including quarterly trend reports and annual comprehensive program reviews.
• Own end-to-end design across features and flows, from discovery to delivery. • Collaborate with PMs and engineers to shape problem spaces, define requirements, and validate solutions. • Design intuitive, scalable interfaces for enterprise SaaS products with heavy use of dashboards, complex data tables, and operational workflows. • Run user interviews, synthesize insights, and convert them into actionable design decisions. • Produce high-quality UI/UX deliverables: journeys, wireframes, flows, high-fidelity screens, prototypes, tables, dashboards, etc. • Work closely with our design system team to maintain consistency and push our standards forward. • Advocate for user experience and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams. • Incorporate AI tools, Vibe Coding, and rapid prototyping into your process to increase velocity and quality.
