• Como Product Manager de la Plataforma de Datos, serás el responsable de transformar la infraestructura técnica de datos en un producto interno que maximice la adopción y acelere la generación de valor para los equipos de negocio. • Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el Manager de Plataforma de Datos y reportar al Head of Data para traducir la visión estratégica en capacidades concretas centradas en la experiencia del usuario. • Liderar la estrategia del producto, el roadmap de funcionalidades y los programas de adopción, asegurando que la plataforma reduzca la fricción y habilite el autoservicio de datos en toda la organización. • Definir qué capacidades desarrollar, priorizar o descontinuar basándote en research continuo con usuarios internos (analistas de datos y equipos de tecnología) y métricas de adopción. • Ejecutar programas de investigación de usuarios y adopción, realizando entrevistas, surveys y análisis de comportamiento para identificar fricciones en el journey del usuario (desde acceso hasta insight), diseñando e implementando estrategias de evangelización, capacitación y comunicación interna para incrementar el uso autónomo. • Gestionar el ciclo de vida completo de las funcionalidades del producto, definiendo user stories, requisitos funcionales y criterios de aceptación que el Manager de Plataforma de Datos traduzca en especificaciones técnicas, priorizando backlog basándote en impacto en adopción y valor de negocio sobre complejidad técnica. • Liderar la definición de métricas y KPIs de éxito del producto, estableciendo y monitoreando, NPS interno, tasas de adopción, retención y satisfacción de usuarios, reportando progreso y recomendaciones estratégicas a stakeholders ejecutivos. • Facilitar la interoperabilidad entre dominios de negocio, colaborando como igual con líderes de y otras áreas para entender necesidades de productos de datos y definir requisitos de conectividad que promuevan reutilización y eviten silos, sin autoridad directa sobre sus procesos internos.
Job Requirements
- Formación académica en Ingeniería, Administración, Diseño de Producto o áreas similares, con sólido entendimiento del ciclo de vida de los datos.
- Experiencia previa en Product Management de productos técnicos, plataformas internas o herramientas B2B (mínimo 2 años) con énfasis en adopción de usuarios y métricas de producto.
- Capacidad demostrada para traducir necesidades complejas de negocio en requisitos funcionales claros para equipos de ingeniería, priorizando valor de usuario sobre sofisticación técnica.
- Conocimiento funcional de arquitecturas de datos modernas (Data Mesh, Lakehouse) y ecosistemas de nube (AWS/GCP/Azure) suficiente para especificar requisitos y dialogar con ingeniería sin tomar decisiones de arquitectura técnica.
- Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y gestión de stakeholders técnicos y de negocio, con capacidad para comunicar la visión de la plataforma y ejecutar programas de cambio organizacional.
- Experiencia en metodologías ágiles, gestión de product backlogs y colaboración estrecha con equipos multidisciplinarios.
