• Support a cross-disciplinary team of artists and designers to accelerate delivery of their work • Deliver features crossing UI, gameplay, and engine systems • Identify missing systems required to support the team and propose solutions to the team’s technical director

• Design, develop, and maintain low-code business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse • Focus on automating business processes • Build data-driven applications

• Design and develop PolicyCenter configurations and integrations that align with business and technical requirements • Configure and extend Guidewire PolicyCenter modules including Policy Submission, Quoting, Issuance, Renewals, and Cancellations • Customize screens, field validations, product models, coverage terms, and rules using GOSU scripting • Create and maintain PCF (Page Configuration Format) files and UI components • Design and develop Web Services (SOAP/REST) for inbound and outbound integration with third-party systems • Implement Messaging architecture for asynchronous communication (e.g., JMS, plugins) • Utilize Guidewire Integration APIs and best practices for data mapping and transformation • Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, Architects, and client SMEs to interpret functional requirements into technical design • Conduct unit testing and support SIT/UAT phases with quick defect resolution • Participate in code reviews, optimization, and performance tuning • Develop technical design documents, integration specs, and deployment guides • Ensure reusable components and best coding practices are followed • Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams in an Agile/Scrum environment

• Develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS, Android or cross-platform environments • Collaborate with product and backend teams on feature development • Ensure performance, reliability and clean architecture in mobile apps • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions • Contribute to scalable and maintainable mobile solutions
