Brand Designer
Superside
• Lead and execute design projects across various channels, from web and social to direct response advertising, ensuring brand consistency and excellence. • Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, motion designers, product designers, and others to bring bold, impactful ideas to life, with broader marketing goals in mind. • Work extensively in Figma (and other design tools) to create and deliver top-tier designs, from initial concept through to production. • Leverage Generative AI tools to explore new creative possibilities and enhance design workflows. • Translate complex concepts into simple, impactful design, pushing the limits of visual storytelling and branding. • Develop compelling creative assets for B2B marketing campaigns, ensuring they not only look great but also convert. • Maintain and evolve Superside’s visual identity to resonate with our audience and stand out in the B2B space. • Iterate quickly based on data, feedback, and performance metrics to optimize. • Stay ahead of design trends and innovations, especially in GenAI, to ensure Superside remains at the cutting edge of creative execution. • Mentor and guide other designers, offering feedback and helping to grow the team’s creative capabilities.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in brand design, ideally in an in-house B2B marketing team or an agency with B2B customers.
- Proficiency in Figma, with a deep understanding of its features and best practices.
- Experience with Generative AI tools and a passion for exploring their creative potential.
- Proficiency with Google Slides and Presentation Design
- Outstanding portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills, from brand systems to direct response campaigns.
- Strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to translate strategic goals into innovative, visually compelling creative work.
- Versatile design skill set with experience in typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to experiment and innovate beyond traditional design approaches, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Adept at balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a very fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of direct response advertising and its role in the overall marketing mix.
- Comfortable with data-driven design and optimizing creative assets for performance
