• Build, maintain, and scale our website entirely in Webflow • Translate Figma designs into pixel-accurate, fully responsive Webflow pages • Leverage Webflow best practices, including Components, Nested Components, Component Variants, Properties, Slots, and CMS • Manage ongoing site updates such as: Duplicating and updating pages, Adding or removing product flavors, Updating attributes, classes, and CMS content • Keep the Webflow project organized, scalable, and easy to maintain • Ensure consistency across layouts, spacing, typography, interactions, and breakpoints • Stay current on Webflow features and apply new functionality and best practices where appropriate

• Develop and execute the engineering strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company’s vision and product objectives. • Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers across software, hardware, and data analytics disciplines. • Provide detailed technical and strategic guidance to the engineering teams by balancing long-term engineering development efforts and more immediate product needs. • Spearhead seamless collaboration with the product leads, resulting in efficient and effective execution on product roadmaps, enabling engineering teams to deliver exceptional products on time and within budget. • Collaborate with all stakeholders in the organization, and occasionally with the customer to ensure solutions are engineered to meet the customer’s needs. • Drive innovation in environmental sensing technologies, and data systems, focusing on scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. • Apply the latest generative AI tools and models, integrating them into our products and workflows, creating differentiated delightful experiences for customers and increasing internal operating leverage. • Stay current with industry trends and the latest emerging technologies to maintain the most differentiated product for our customers. • Manage the company’s IP portfolio and patent prosecution in partnership with Aclima’s IP counsel. • Design and implement best practices in engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance productivity and quality. • Ensure robust systems for testing, validation, and quality assurance. • Lead and motivate constituent engineering managers: oversee the allocation of resources, the hiring roadmap, recruiting, compensation and leveling structure, and professional development roadmap. • Foster a fun, collaborative, and inclusive culture within engineering teams and across departments where scrappy innovation and going the extra mile is celebrated. • Regularly communicate progress to ensure alignment with company vision, timelines, and objectives. • Communicate effectively with leadership and companywide, providing updates on engineering activities and progress. • Occasionally support sales, customer success, and fundraising efforts. • Present engineering roadmaps and progress to Aclima’s Board of Directors

• Build responsive, performant, and accessible WordPress websites using Gutenberg, ACF, and custom code • Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready implementations • Develop and maintain custom themes and plugins • Establish and uphold development standards, QA processes, and deployment workflows • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, UX/UI, RevOps, and marketing teams, including support for tracking, analytics, and campaign execution • Optimize sites for performance, SEO, accessibility, and security • Conduct code reviews and provide clear, constructive technical feedback • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and serve as an escalation point when needed • Contribute to project planning, timelines, and on-time delivery of web and campaign assets
