Job Requirements
- AU Residential Real Estate (NSW) experience is mandatory
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP40000) – preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Australian residential property management (NSW)
- Strong working knowledge of NSW tenancy laws and processes
- Experience using property management CRMs such as PropertyMe, Property Tree, or Console Cloud (preferred)
