**Your responsibilities in Telekom TKS:** • Advising on Telekom TKS services such as device protection, insurance, mobility and travel services • Professional handling of service cases, damage reports, and contract inquiries • Proactively identifying customer needs during conversations and purposefully presenting relevant options • Taking clear sales responsibility in an inbound environment: product consultation, objection handling, and closing • Meeting and exceeding established sales KPIs • Accurate documentation and processing in our systems

Job Requirements

  • What you bring:**
  • Previous experience as a customer advisor or in customer service, with demonstrable sales experience
  • Willingness to work late shifts and weekend shifts
  • Strong German language skills in spoken and written form, ideally native-level
  • Quick comprehension and a preference for working independently
  • Proficient PC skills and reliability in data management
  • Enjoyment of communication, customer interaction, and working in a **100% remote environment** within a vibrant digital community 🌐
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet home office workspace
