Site Superintendent

Archmill House

• Oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites. • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers. • Monitor work progress and quality, conduct regular inspections. • Enforce adherence to safety regulations and protocols. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of project progress. • Act as a liaison between project managers, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. • Identify and resolve problems that may arise during construction.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in commercial construction projects.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Experience in constructability analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient computer skills, including construction management software (e.g., Procore).
  • Relevant certifications or licenses are advantageous.
  • Must have a valid passport.
