• Product Strategy: Represent the voice of our users and help define GeckoTerminal’s roadmap. Determine what matters most, shape up high impact projects, maintain a prioritised backlog, and drive alignment within EPD (Engineering Product & Design). • Product Development: Develop new products/features according to our product vision & strategy, ensuring that solutions are valuable (our customers choose to buy or use), viable (solution is works within constraints of the business), usable (user can figure out how to use), and feasible (engineers have the means to implement). • Build The Right Products: Move new products/features from ideation to launch in collaboration with designers and engineers. Define clear requirements, manage within dependencies, make data-driven decisions, and care about the details. Validate what matters most and be comfortable with hypothesis testing, pivot if necessary. Ultimately, build products our users love and make an impact with a happy team. • Team Leadership: Influence & collaborate closely with product designers, engineers, marketing and also cross-functionally to make informed decisions together. Rely on the use of qualitative & quantitative data, logic, and storytelling to drive alignment. • Insights/Research: Regularly conduct both qualitative & quantitative analysis to better understand our users & customers, and how they engage with our products. Contribute to the product team by building up a deep knowledge over time. • Performance Reporting: Provide regular reporting and analysis on key metrics & user feedback, and effectively communicate learnings with the team & stakeholders. Build and/or automate new dashboards from scratch when needed. • Plugged-in: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging design practices. • You are required to support any ad hoc tasks as required by the company.
Job Requirements
- You are a product manager with at least 3+ years of work experience with a software or consumer-based product, and have a proven track record of building valuable and viable products/features. Plus points if you’ve worked in a product-led growth environment.
- User Empathy: You love speaking to users, customers and stakeholders; and actively seek to understand & solve their needs and challenges.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrated the ability to quickly learn new customer knowledge, blockchain/cryptocurrency industry and domain knowledge, as well as overall business and product operations.
- Product Process Skills and Techniques: Demonstrated the ability to use the techniques and methods of modern product discovery (risk management, quantitative & qualitative analysis), product optimization (AB test and analytics), product delivery (ship to production), and the full product development life cycle.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
- People Skills: Proven ability to engage with both individual contributors and leaders of all levels in constructive and collaborative relationships. Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
- Leadership: Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Has a strong sense of self-leadership, curious & creative on finding ways to improve existing projects & workflows.
- Growth Mindset: Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
- You have a keen interest to learn about finance, economics, and cryptocurrency/blockchain.

Product Manager, eHealth (APM) will be responsible for tactical support of Navitus eHealth services, which include: - e-prescribing (eRx) - electronic prior authorization (ePA) - real time prescription benefits (RTPB) The APM will report to and provide support to the Manager, Digital Health.
