Senior QA Engineer

Super Dispatch

• Collaborate with the development team in investigating, reporting, and fixing bugs. • Perform manual acceptance testing, exploratory testing. • Build and maintain the test cases documentation. • Be a quality assurance leader within the team you work with and within Super Dispatch in general. • Collaborate on testing and quality assurance projects across teams within Super Dispatch. • Facilitate collaboration with engineers, product managers, and designers during the development and testing process. • Be a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional agile team with its mission, comprised of a product manager, UX designer, a frontend engineer, and a backend engineer. • Be a leader of the QA engineering community of Super Dispatch affecting and driving our quality assurance standards across the company.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of QA experience, at least 1 year of which is experience working in an agile product-driven environment as a QA Engineer.
  • Experience testing AI systems (AI agents/LLMs, or chatbots) and validating datasets.
  • Strong Analytical Mindset. You can analyze complex problems, find root causes, and don't just follow the test cases.
  • Proficiency in Python or TypeScript. You can write scripts and read developers’ code to understand how features work.
  • Experience with modern automation frameworks.
  • Practical knowledge of tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Pytest.
  • Strong SQL skills. You can write queries to verify data directly in the database.
  • Expertise in API testing. You are comfortable testing REST/GraphQL endpoints (Postman, cURL, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of Client-Server architecture. You know how HTTP works and can comfortably debug using Browser DevTools.
  • Strong knowledge of Test Design techniques. You know how to cover complex logic with optimal test scenarios.
  • Advanced level English.
