Project Manager

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects using Agile principles. • Manage medium to large work packages from initiation to completion. • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and deliverables. • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and maintain transparency through reporting. • Develop and maintain project documentation, including roadmaps, timelines, and status reports. • Coordinate with product owners and technical teams to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization. • Manage dependencies across multiple teams and projects. • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing metrics and implementing best practices. • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance frameworks. • Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles and practices. • Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication across all levels.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Agile project management.
  • PMP Certification is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale projects successfully.
  • Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices is a plus.
  • Certification in Agile (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist) highly desirable.
  • Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or related field; Masters degree is an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of project governance, risk management, and compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with business process improvement and change management methodologies.
  • Understanding of resource planning, capacity management, and financial tracking.
  • Awareness of emerging trends in Agile, digital transformation, and project delivery.
