• Develop high-quality visual designs for digital and print, such as branding assets and marketing collateral • Support UI/UX deliverables for websites and digital platforms • Collaborate with account teams and stakeholders to create design solutions • Produce user-centered design outputs applying UX principles • Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines • Stay informed on design trends and digital standards

• Define and own Cello’s design foundations, including principles, patterns, and a scalable design system • Lead end-to-end product design across core experiences, from early concepts to shipped product • Partner closely with product, engineering, and leadership to shape solutions early and holistically • Design clear, user-centred experiences for end users, growth teams, partners, and developers • Shape how the Cello SDK integrates into customer products and how developers build on top of it • Use user research and product data to inform decisions, validate assumptions, and iterate quickly • Raise the design bar through hands-on work, strong critique, and continuous improvement of how design is done • Ensure a coherent product and brand experience across key customer touchpoints, including the website

• You will own end-to-end product design for key product areas, from early concepts to shipped experiences • You will design clear, user-centred workflows for end users, growth teams, partners, and developers • You will partner closely with product and engineering to shape solutions, make tradeoffs, and execute effectively • You will use user research and product data to inform decisions, validate assumptions, and iterate quickly • You will contribute to and evolve Cello’s design system and shared patterns • You will raise design quality through hands-on work, thoughtful critique, and attention to detail • You will ensure a coherent product experience across key customer touchpoints

• Work with a cross-functional team to define and design experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints • Play an ongoing role in the development of design systems and advocate the consistent use of design standards across experiences • Create user flows, wireframes, information architecture, and high-fidelity designs • Collaborate with User Researchers to understand new problem spaces and test design solutions • Confidently present your designs in compelling ways to obtain buy-in from cross-functional stakeholders • Collaborate with various Engineering teams to navigate development tradeoffs and ensure that designs are implemented as envisioned • Provide input during feature definition, project planning, and QA testing
