• Lead technical design efforts remotely • Oversee the creation and management of precise 2D technical drawings primarily in AutoCAD • Coordinate with teams on project deliverables • Track inventory via Excel • Ensure compliance with standards • Direct the preparation and review of detailed 2D technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD • Collaborate with Director of Design and Productions Team to clarify requirements • Manage organized documentation of drawings, revisions, supporting materials, and design libraries • Utilize Excel for advanced data management, including schedules • Integrate with Operations, Warehouses and Production teams to detail successful production plan for custom build projects • Guide team members on best practices for technical documentation and CAD workflows

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity, working prototypes to communicate design concepts and ideas. • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define design solutions. • Design responsive, accessible layouts and interactions. • Develop and maintain design documentation and specifications. • Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders. • Conduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing to gather feedback and insights that inform design decisions. • Work closely with software engineers and QA analysts to ensure successful implementation of design solutions and maintain design consistency throughout the development lifecycle.

• Lead design for mobile features that improve data collection and patient experience across Beacon’s mobile apps • Plan, conduct, and synthesize UX research including interviews, usability studies, and field research to inform product strategy and validate design decisions • Create high-fidelity prototypes, interaction models, and visual designs that bring clarity and simplicity to complex clinical workflows • Build user-centered design systems and reusable components that enable consistency and scalability across products • Translate complex clinical requirements into intuitive, compliant, and accessible product experiences • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, refine concepts, and deliver high-quality products • Develop and maintain clear design documentation, research insights, and rationale to support cross-functional alignment and long-term product evolution • Contribute to Beacon’s culture of experimentation, craftsmanship, and empathy by advocating for users and promoting high-quality product thinking

• You will support the design of Emma’s global online store experience, helping us become the world’s leading sleep brand through intuitive, joyful, and high-performing user journeys. • You will contribute to UX research initiatives — from user interviews and usability tests to heuristic evaluations and competitor analyses — to uncover insights that guide product decisions. • You will participate in designing user flows, wireframes, and interface concepts that help customers confidently choose the right sleep products. • You will support the setup, execution, and analysis of A/B tests to optimize conversion rates and improve key business KPIs. • You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, analysts, and other designers as part of an agile, empowered product team. • You will help maintain and evolve our design system by creating new components, improving documentation, and ensuring visual consistency. • You will gain hands-on experience working with a modern e-commerce design workflow across research, UX, UI, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
