Job Description

Working Student – Inside Sales, Lead Generation

Diverse®

• Support the Inside Sales team with identifying and qualifying new leads • Research target accounts, decision-makers, and contact data using LinkedIn, databases, and online tools • Assist in planning and executing outreach campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) • Help manage and update our CRM with lead data and activity tracking • Schedule discovery calls and meetings with qualified prospects • Follow up on inbound interest and event contacts • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and messaging • Prepare reports on campaign and lead generation performance

Job Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Based in Germany and eligible to work as a Werkstudent
  • Fluent in German (C2/native) and confident in English (B1/B2+)
  • Interest in technology, cybersecurity, or digital sales
  • Structured, self-motivated, and communicative
  • Curious mindset, willing to learn and grow in a real sales environment
