Virtual Staff Lawyer, Bilingual
CEO LAWYER
• Provide support to the department you are assigned with various tasks. (Pre-Litigation). • Set up claims and follow up on coverage and policy limits. • Draft LORs. • Send Welcome Letters to clients. • Relabeling file documents and securing clean client records. • Order Police Reports. • Request Med Pay. • Disengagement letters to providers / clients (using template and with attorney approval). • Order medical records & bills. • Send medical referrals. • Generate disbursement sheets. • Send Open Records Requests to Police Department (using template) and Non-Spoliation Letter (using template). • Handle case load (Cases with attorney supervision). • Provide support for the attorney's case load. • Handle client communication.
Job Requirements
- Studies: Law graduate/student
- Experience with USA Personal Injury Law is a plus.
- Experience with USA Legal firms is preferable.
- Must be Bilingual (English - Spanish). Or Trilingual (English, Arabic, Spanish).
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills (Active listening).
- Ability to collect data and learn quickly.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently, complying with the processes.
- Fully Bilingual (English).
