Practitioner, Bilingual Preferred

• Provide on-platform virtual behavioral health care to adolescents and young adults • Deliver prevention, wellness promotion and psychoeducation through structured coaching sessions • Assist with warm handoffs to Care Coordinators & support case management • Offer Behavioral Health/ Wellness Coaching interventions • Develop individualized care plans to effectively goal set and action plan for positive behavioral change • Conduct risk assessment and mitigation • Address determinants of positive mental health • Support users in identifying problem areas, obstacles, and actionable steps towards wellness goals • Deliver drop-in and single-chat wellness coaching • Provide warm handoffs to Care Coordination Team and support with case management • Facilitate goal-setting based on immediate individual needs • Conduct mental health & wellness screenings and progress monitoring • Identify users experiencing or at risk of social, emotional, or behavioral difficulties • Conduct risk assessment and mitigation • Support users experiencing crisis and facilitate referrals as needed • Moderate journals, goals, and user-submitted content in line with policy and compliance standards • Conduct risk assessment through written content • Encourage safe engagement relevant to presenting issues • Attend and actively participate in clinical supervision • Complete all mandatory in-house training and professional development • Attend team and performance management meetings • Maintain accurate and timely records according to Kooth policies • Support operational processes to ensure consistent service delivery • Liaise with other professionals as needed around safeguarding and care concerns • Maintain certification or licensure (as applicable)
Job Requirements
- Holds a current, valid Peer Support Specialist certification in the state of California or Nationally
- Minimum education: GED/High School diploma
- Competency or experience in peer support, strengths-based engagement, and providing emotional/behavioral support.
- Permanently reside within the 48 contiguous United States.
- Preferred: experience with crisis support services or related volunteer work.
- Education or relevant experience that supports behavioral health/wellness coaching competencies.
- Demonstrates ability to deliver structured and single-session coaching.
- Experience in youth mental health, care coordination, or digital behavioral health environments preferred.
- Holds a current, valid SUD Counselor certification in the state of California
- Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with substance use–related behavioral change

• Provide quality customer service by obtaining necessary documentation to underwrite the loan • Communicate directly with the customer and/or Loan Officer • Verify all required documentation (pre-underwrite) in the file • Prepare a loan approval summary, Forms 1008 and 1003 • Communicate to obtain initial and any missing documentation required to qualify for the loan • Review loans for compliance with all mortgage-related regulations • Document all communication related to the loan application in the conversation log • Train and assist supervision of new Loan Processors and other processing personnel
