Chaplain – Bilingual Spanish Required

Marketplace Chaplains

• Serves as a messenger and conveyor of faith, mission, and purpose • Interacts with companies, their employees, and the community • Makes brief visits to company worksites to interact with employees • Visits employees or immediate family members where care can be expressed • Provides referral service and acts as coordinator for specialized assistance • Assists in the planning and conduct of funerals for employees or immediate family members • Provides post-termination care for laid-off or terminated employees • Participates in new employee orientation to explain the Employee Care Service
