• Manage internal engineering workflow and diligence for project acquisitions • Contribute to design and engineering of renewable energy and cleantech projects • Oversee full project life cycle, managing third party consulting engineers and working with engineering partners to develop preliminary and final engineering plans to internal standards • Oversee contracted engineering firms and partner EPC’s as the “Owner’s engineer” • Enforce design and engineering equipment and construction standards • Collaborate with development and finance to assess potential projects’ feasibility and construction complexity, and find innovative solutions to reduce project cost • Provide technical guidance and support on matters relating to solar technology, focusing on rooftop, ground-mounted fixed-tilt and single-axis tracker systems • Review project deliverables to ensure all local and national code, utility interconnection requirements, and client requests are met, along with SOW items per contract • Conduct, coordinate, and review energy production estimates using PVsyst and Helioscope • Travel for work up to 30% as needed and depending on base location

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal professionals, software engineers and developers to conceptualize and design AI-powered solutions for various legal workflows • Develop and refine applications that generate accurate and contextually relevant legal content, such as contracts, legal documents, and correspondence • Apply your profound knowledge of legal processes, terminology, and regulations to create applications that align with real-world legal scenarios • Explore and implement innovative techniques to improve the performance, accuracy and efficiency of AI-generated legal content • Work closely with others on the Professional Services team to build and integrate AI-driven applications into the NetDocuments platform • Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI technology, particularly within the context of the legal industry, and apply relevant insights to enhance our solutions • Contribute to the documentation of application creation best practices and guidelines • Other duties as assigned

• Design and develop Agentic AI applications using LLM frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar) • Architect and implement multi-agent systems for enterprise-grade solutions • Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, internal tools, and external SaaS products • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team across global time zones • Optimize performance, context retention, tool usage, and cost efficiency • Build reusable pipelines and modules to support GenAI use cases at scale • Ensure enterprise-grade security, privacy, and compliance standards in deployments • Collaborate directly with clients and senior stakeholders

• Collaborating with peers and working directly with clients to design, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize VDI and end-user computing environments • Deploy endpoint protection technologies and safeguard client identity systems • Participate in developing and expanding service delivery standards and best practices • Work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Project Management teams to achieve infrastructure and security service goals • Define project scope, validate requirements, manage deployments, and enforce change control procedures to meet budget and timelines • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products and services • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned technologies • Obtain and maintain relevant vendor certifications and technical proficiency in implemented solutions • Provide knowledge transfer and solution education to clients • Collaborate with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure secure and successful solution deployments
